Since the skin in the tear trough area is so thin and delicate I prefer to use Restylane – a smooth, clear hyaluronic acid filler. Since Restylane has a smooth consistency, it can evenly and easily be distributed in the tear trough area to reduce hollowness, darkness and drooping.
