Since the skin in the tear trough area is so thin and delicate I prefer to use Restylane – a smooth, clear hyaluronic acid filler. Since Restylane has a smooth consistency, it can evenly and easily be distributed in the tear trough area to reduce hollowness, darkness and drooping. The thicker the hyaluronic acid, the greater the chance of lumps or bumps forming. Restylane
